This policy explains what information Andrea Kaercher LLC (“I” or “me”) collects through this website, andreakaercher.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. I keep it short because I collect very little.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I collect what you type into it: your name, your email address, your organization (optional), the topic you choose (optional), and your message. Please don’t include sensitive personal information, such as financial or health details, in your message.
Like most websites, the company that hosts this site automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This helps keep the site running and secure.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers at this time.
How I use it
I use what you send through the contact form to reply to you and to talk with you about speaking, facilitation, or coaching. I don’t sell your information, and I won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.
If I share a quote from a client or colleague on this site, I do so with their permission.
Where it is stored and who else handles it
Messages from the contact form are emailed to me, and a copy is saved in the site’s private dashboard. A few services help run the site. Hostinger hosts the website and its data. Google Workspace handles my email, so your message passes through Google’s systems. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you visit a page. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
I keep contact messages for as long as I need them to respond to you and to keep ordinary business records. If you ask me to delete your message, I will.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email andrea@andreakaercher.com and I will respond. You can also write to me with any questions about this policy.
Children
This site is meant for adults and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If I change how this site handles information, for example by adding analytics or a newsletter, I will update this page and its date.
