Meet Andrea
People move
organizations forward.

I’m a facilitator, educator, and people leader who cares about how people experience work: whether they feel connected, whether they know their contribution matters, and whether they have what they need to succeed.
I bring structure, curiosity, and a little fun to that work. Sometimes we need a thoughtful conversation. Sometimes we need to try something together. Either way, I want people to leave with something they can use.
Make work better for people,
and organizations better because of it.
Camp. Classroom.
Company.
My career has taken me through some very different settings. In each one, I’ve kept coming back to the same question: What helps people do their best together?
Five years · YMCA Camp Kern
It started at camp.
For five years at YMCA Camp Kern, I facilitated corporate groups and team-building experiences. High ropes, climbing towers, and challenges on the ground gave people a chance to work together in unfamiliar ways.
Those experiences made trust tangible. You could see who stepped forward, who needed encouragement, and what happened when a group started listening to one another. Helping people make sense of that experience was as valuable as the activity itself.
Twelve years · Education
The classroom gave me another perspective.
I spent twelve years teaching, with most of that time in science classrooms. Teaching meant paying attention, adjusting, and finding another way in when something wasn’t clicking.
It deepened my belief that people need different things to succeed. Clear expectations, encouragement, a chance to ask questions, and room to try again can make a remarkable difference.
Today · Fortified Data
Today, I bring that experience into organizations.
As Director of People and Strategy at Fortified Data, my work connects culture, employee experience, and growth strategy.
I lead and facilitate all of our senior management meetings using the EOS model.
I help the leadership team stay focused on priorities, work through issues, and turn decisions into clear next steps.
I help a distributed team find ways to connect and belong. I also think about what supports that connection over time: how we communicate, how leaders show up, and how we turn our intentions into everyday practice.
That’s the experience I bring to facilitation and coaching. I know the work continues after the session ends.
Working together
What it’s like
to work with me
I’ll come prepared, listen closely, and help us stay focused on what we’re there to do. I’ll make room for honest conversation, different perspectives, and the people who need a moment to think before speaking.
We can laugh and still do meaningful work. In fact, a little shared fun can help people relax enough to contribute, ask a better question, or see one another differently.
My goal is for people to leave with stronger connections, clearer thinking, and a practical next step.
Start wherever you are
Let’s put
this to work.
Maybe your leadership team needs someone to guide the discussion, build alignment, and keep priorities moving forward.
Maybe your wider team needs time to reconnect, there’s a conversation you need help having, or you’re navigating something as a leader and could use a thinking partner.
Tell me what’s happening. We can start there.
